What is RTT®?
Rapid Transformational Therapy is a gentle yet powerful approach that's quite different from traditional therapy. This award-winning method combines the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to potentially deliver extraordinary results quite quickly.
RTT was developed by world-renowned therapist Marisa Peer over her 35+ years of experience working with clients. Based on neuroscience, this pioneering therapy has won multiple awards and is recognised globally for its effectiveness.
Unlike traditional therapy, which might take months or years, RTT therapy often achieves significant results in just 1-3 sessions. It's endorsed by multiple organisations.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) helps clients by getting to the root cause of challenges rather than just managing surface-level symptoms. It blends hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural techniques, and neuroscience-based tools to create deep and lasting change.
During an RTT session, you'll be in a beautifully relaxed state throughout - aware of everything being said and always in control. It's nothing like the stage hypnosis you might have seen on TV. Instead, it's a safe, gentle process that allows us to:
We identify when and how certain beliefs or patterns were formed
We help you understand why your mind created these patterns (often they were trying to protect you at the time)
We gently shift these patterns into more helpful, supportive beliefs
Your mind receives new, empowering messages that align with who you want to be
You'll also receive a personalised audio recording to listen to for at least 21 days, as this is how long it takes to permanently change a habit, thought, or belief pattern.
