RTT
What happens during an RTT session?

During your RTT session, I'll guide you into a deeply relaxed state using gentle hypnosis. This allows us to access your subconscious mind where your memories and beliefs are stored.

While relaxed (you'll be aware of everything and always in control), we'll explore past events that may be connected to your current issue. Together, we'll then release old, outdated beliefs and replace them with new, more supportive ones.

You'll receive a personalised audio recording to listen to for at least 21 days to reinforce this positive change.

What is the difference between traditional therapy and RTT?

Traditional therapy typically involves talking through your issues over many sessions, often for months or years. You'll discuss current problems and work on coping strategies at a conscious level.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) goes straight to the root cause by accessing your subconscious mind, where your beliefs and habits are stored. You're guided into a deeply relaxed state where we can explore when certain beliefs were formed and gently rewrite them into more supportive ones.

Is hypnosis safe? Will I be in control?

Absolutely, hypnosis is completely safe and you remain in full control throughout. You cannot be hypnotised against your will, and you cannot think, do, or say anything you don't want to.

RTT hypnosis is very different from stage hypnotism - it's a natural state similar to daydreaming. You can come out of hypnosis at any time and will simply feel deeply relaxed while remaining aware of everything happening.

It is scientifically proven that when we enter hypnosis, the brain shifts into a state, where change feels easier and more natural. The critical, busy part of the mind steps aside, allowing us to welcome positive ideas and embrace new possibilities we might normally resist. It's a gentle, empowering way to create lasting change.

How many RTT sessions will I need?

Everyone is different, and the number of sessions depends on how deeply rooted your issue is. Many clients experience significant shifts in just one session, while others may benefit from two to three sessions.

RTT works much more quickly than traditional therapy because we access the subconscious mind directly. RTT focuses on one issue at a time - if you have multiple concerns, we would address each one in separate sessions.

How long is an RTT session, and how might I feel afterwards?

Each RTT session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours, so please allow the full 2 hours when booking.

After your session, you might feel energised and excited, or calm and peaceful - even a bit tired as your mind and body rebalance. All responses are completely normal and part of the healing process.

Why do I need to listen to the Audio for 21 Days?

The Mind Learns by Repetition - Marisa Peer

While clients will see changes after the RTT session, it is essential to listen to the audio for at least 21 Days, as this is how long it takes to permanently change a habit, thought or belief.

Are there any conditions you cannot work with using RTT?

For safety reasons, I cannot work with clients who have epilepsy or psychiatric conditions such as psychosis, schizophrenia, personality disorders, or bipolar disorder.

RTT is for adults aged 18 and above. If you have medical concerns or take medication for mental health conditions, please discuss RTT with your GP before booking. Feel free to discuss any concerns during your complimentary discovery call.

Coaching
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Life coaching is future-focused and action-oriented, concentrating on where you want to go rather than where you've been. While therapy often explores past experiences and emotional healing, coaching helps you set goals, overcome obstacles, and take practical steps toward the life you want.

If you're dealing with deeper emotional issues, trauma, or mental health concerns, RTT might be more appropriate first.

How long does life coaching take to see results?

This varies depending on your goals and situation. Some clients notice shifts in clarity and motivation after just one session, while others prefer ongoing support over several months.

Many people find that 3-6 sessions give them enough tools and momentum to continue on their own, though some choose longer-term coaching relationships for bigger life transitions.

Do you offer coaching packages or just single sessions?

I offer both single sessions and a 3-session package for people working on specific goals. I also have the Full Reset package, which combines RTT therapy with life coaching, perfect if you want to address deeper patterns first, then use coaching to move forward.

We can discuss the best option for your situation during your complimentary discovery call.
